The Practice Evaluation is the first step in allowing us to become acquainted with your practice and office team. It is an on-site day of consulting by DMAS President, Chris Solitario, to learn about your practice, including: Current Systems Facility Design and Patient Flow Marketing Activities Teamwork and each team members' strengths/weaknesses The new patient experience Analysis of Practice Income, Expenses and Profitability Case Presentation Skills Efficiency/Effectiveness of hygiene and recall program   The resulting report will be presented to the dentist in an interactive session which will allow for input and discussion, ultimately resulting in a prioritized plan for the coming 1 – 5 years.
